      红树林对海岸带环境管理、保护与碳汇研究等具有重要意义。针对多云雨区域光学卫星数据获取困难的问题,采用全极化合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR) 数据,以海南省东寨港红树林自然保护区为例,研究反射对称极化分解方法,获得红树林极化散射特征参数,进而以该分解方法输出的3 个极化分解参数PD、PV、PS 为输入特征,进行基于随机森林算法的红树林信息提取。结果表明:水体表现为强面散射,红树林与其他植被以体散射为主,其中,灌木红树林又呈现面散射特性,在图像上纹理均一,乔木红树林呈现出二次散射特性,G3因而灌木红树林与乔木红树林区别较为明显。红树林与植被能有效地区分于水体,灌木红树林能有效地区分于乔木红树林及其他植被,红树林提取总体精度为72.3%,Kappa 系数为71.1%,其中,作为主要种类的灌木红树林信息提取用户精度为82.4%。本文方法可为红树林管理与保护提供信息技术支撑。

      Mangroves are of great significance to coastal zone environmental management and protection. Aiming at the problem of service monitoring information guarantee in cloudy and rainy areas, polarimetric SAR data is used to study the reflection symmetric polarization decomposition method and obtain the mangrove polarization scattering characteristics by taking Dongzhaigang Mangrove Nature Reserve in Hainan as an example, so as to extract mangrove information based on random forest. The results show as follows: Mangrove and other vegetation showed the characteristics of body scattering, water showed the characteristics of surface scattering, shrub mangrove showed the characteristics of front scattering, and the texture of the image was uniform, so it was different from tree mangrove. The Kappa coefficient of information extraction accuracy is 71.1%, mangrove and vegetation can effectively distinguish between water bodies, and shrub mangrove can effectively distinguish between other vegetation, with an overall accuracy of 72.3%, among which the user accuracy of shrub mangrove as the main type of information extraction is 82.4%. It can provide information support for mangrove management and protection.
