      海洋观测是获取海洋环境信息的重要方式, 实时、可靠的观测手段对海洋环境观测工作具 有非常重要的意义。无人水面艇可自主规划、 自主航行、 自主完成环境感知,能根据需求搭载多种 任务载荷 ,并拥有较高的巡线精度。无人水面艇吃水浅 ,对工作环境要求较低,适用于浅滩、暗 礁、高污染区域,以及连续性、长期性、周期性的海洋环境观测工作,在很大程度上解放人力、节 省物力、提升工作效率。将无人水面艇应用于海洋环境观测中,可到达有人船无法驶入的海域,与 传统监测手段形成有效互补。但是,相比有人船, 国内无人水面艇技术成熟度尚有待提高, 目前大 都应用于内河、湖泊等稳定的水体环境作业, 自主航行能力较弱,很少在海洋领域进行应用。本文 将从可行性、必要性及具体实施方案等角度探讨国内无人水面艇在海洋环境观测中的应用技术,分 析目前国内无人水面艇在海洋环境观测中的不足及需要改进的地方,指出未来的发展方向,对促进 国内无人水面艇在海洋观测领域的应用具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Marine observation is an important method to obtain information on the marine environment. Real time and reliable observation means play an important role in the information acquisition and processing part of the marine observation system. Unmanned surface vehicle can plan its route independently, navigate independently, complete environmental perception independently, can carry a variety of task loads according to user 爷s requirements, and its line patrol is very accuracy. The unmanned surface vehicle 爷s draft is shallow, and its requirements for the working environment is low. It is suitable for the continuous, long-term and periodic observation of the marine environment in shoals, reefs and high pollution areas, which greatly liberates manpower, saves material resources, and improves work efficiency significantly. Using unmanned surface vehicle in marine environment observation can effectively complement the traditional monitoring methods. Now, it is mostly used in stable water environment operations such as inland rivers and lakes, and rarely applied in the marine field. Compared with manned ship, the technical maturity of domestic unmanned surface vehicle still needs to be improved. This paper will discuss the application technology from the perspective of feasibility, necessity and specific implementation scheme of domestic unmanned surface vehicle in marine environment observation, analyze the shortcomings and areas for improvement of domestic unmanned surface vessels in marine environmental observation, point out the future development direction, and promote the application of domestic un- manned surface vessels in the field of marine observation.
