| 船载温盐深剖面仪(Conductivity Temperature Depth profiler,CTD) 的高精度温度传感器 是获取海洋温度剖面数据的必备设备,每年仅进行一次校准不能保证传感器全年任何时刻的精度变 化小于其初始值,且温度传感器在整个调查航次中是否能始终保持初始精度存疑, 因此发展现场温 度传感器校准技术具有现实意义 。本文围绕某航次中船载温度标准器海上试验过程 ,介绍了标准 器的校准原理及固定点的工作方式,计算了固定点温坪拐点的相变温度,通过拟合方法得到了被校 传感器校准系数。试验结果表明:传感器使用船载温度标准器校准后,温度误差的绝对值降低,数 据整体更接近标准值 ,本文海试中的 CTD 剖面温度误差绝对值均值由校准前的 30.2 mK 缩小为
23.2 mK。该船载温度标准器能够达到提高传感器测温准确性、减小测量误差的目的 ,为海洋调查 现场温度传感器校准提供了一种新的思路。 |

| High-precision temperature sensor of shipborne CTD is a necessary equipment for acquiring ocean temperature profile data. Only one calibration per year cannot guarantee that the sensor 爷s accuracy change is less than its initial value at any time throughout the year, and it is doubtful whether the temperature sensor can always maintain its initial accuracy during the whole survey voyage. Therefore, it is meaningful to develop field temperature sensor calibration. In this paper, calibration principle of the standard and working mode of the fixed point are introduced, and the phase transition temperature of the fixed point is calculated. The coefficient of the calibrated sensor is obtained by fitting method. The test results show that the absolute value of the temperature error decreases after calibration with the ship- borne standard, and the data is closer to the standard value. The mean absolute value of the temperature error before calibration in this test is reduced from 30.2 mK to 23.2 mK. The shipborne temperature standard can achieve the purpose of improving the temperature sensor ac- curacy and reducing the error, which provides a new idea for the calibration of temperature sensor in marine investigation. |
