      随着海洋环境监测技术的发展及监测需求的不断提升,监测参数从传统的温度、盐度等水文参数扩展到营养盐、生物量、有机物等各种生物化学参数,监测区域也从近岸延伸至深远海。传感器作为监测核心,对监测系统运行及数据质量起着至关重要的作用。本文针对目前技术和应用较为成熟的光学法海洋生化传感器,对其测量原理、光路结构、代表设备等方面进行介绍,梳理了各类光学生化传感器在国际大型海洋监测系统中的应用现状。阐述了光学传感器在生物附着、痕量检测、数据解析及质量控制等方面面临的挑战,并提出了光学传感器未来智能化、集成化、标准化的发展趋势,对了解认识我国与世界先进水平之间的差距,深入开展我国海洋光学生化传感器研究具有重要意义。

      With the development of marine environmental monitoring technology and the continuous improvement of demand, the monitoring parameters have expanded from the traditional hydrological parameters such as temperature and salinity to various biochemical parameters such as nutrients, biomass, and organic matter, and the monitoring area has also extended from the near shore to the deep sea. As the core of monitoring, sensors play a vital role in monitoring system operation and data quality. This paper introduces the measurement principle, optical path structure, representative equipment and other aspects of optical biochemical sensors with mature technology and application, and enumerates the application status of various optical biochemical sensors in international large-scale ocean monitoring systems. The challenges faced by optical sensors in bio-attachment, trace detection, data analysis and quality control are described, and the development trend of intelligent, integrated and standardized optical sensors in the future is proposed, in order to provide some references for understanding the gap between China and the world advanced level and further developing the development of marine optical biochemical sensors in China.
