which makes routing decisions based on link status. In OSPF (Open Shortest Path First), the Cost link cost value is a key parameter that
represents the cost of sending data over a specific link. This cost is usually related to factors such as bandwidth, latency, and reliability of
the link, involving parameter adjustments of routing protocols and exploration and application of new routing strategies. With the increasing
number of ocean activities, the importance of ocean information and communication networks continues to rise, and conducting in-depth
research and optimization on them has important practical significance. This article mainly studies the effect of Cost link cost values on
routing in marine information communication networks. By analyzing the application of OSPF in marine information communication
networks and the routing effect of Cost link cost values in marine information communication networks, further research is conducted on the
