      为了解决船载水文气象系统中北斗卫星信号不能全球覆盖和国外卫星通讯资费较高的矛盾,本文设计了一种以北斗卫星为主铱星为辅的智能实时船载水文气象系统,阐述了观测设备组成,双卫星智能传输模块的硬件电路设计、软件设计和数据通讯协议,陆地数据中心组成及管理软件接收处理北斗、铱星数据流程。并在实际项目中应用,通过对应用中的北斗、铱星数据到报率统计与分析,表明该系统的数据传输率,能够满足实际需求,即达到了有效降低数据通讯费用,又能保证数据安全、有效传输的目的,该系统可广泛应用于近海、远海的船舶海洋水文气象辅助观测。

      To solve the contradiction between the signal coverage range of BDS (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System) and the expensive charge of foreign satellite in the ship observations system,a design of an intelligent Shipborne hydrometeorological system based mainly on BDS and IGSS(iridium global satellite system) as auxiliary is proposed. Also the design of the Shipborne hydrometeorological system is described in detail below. Including Composition of observation equipment, Hardware circuit design of dual satellite intelligent transmission module、software design and Data communication protocol,Shore station data center composition and management software receive and process Beidou and iridium data flow. And the design has been used as in the ship observations system, the application data shows that the data transmission rate of the intelligent system can meet the system requirements,also The purpose of effectively reducing data communication costs and ensuring data security and effective transmission is achieved.
