      为了深入了解投放式海洋漂流浮标入水过程中壳体的种类对浮标内部构件受到的冲击力的影响。选择壳体材料、壳体厚度以及壳体形状等三个因素,基于正交实验设计,以浮标中心板的最大Mises应力和应变为指标,采用ABAQUS进行有限元模拟分析。结果表明:壳体因素对中心板所受应力及产生应变的影响基本一致,其中壳体的形状对中心板所受应力及应变的影响非常显著,中心板在壳体形状为球形、材料为ABS且厚度为4mm时所受的极限Mises应力以及发生的形变最小。
英文摘要:
      In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of the type of casing on the internal components of the buoy during the inflow of the marine drifting buoy. Three factors, such as shell material, shell thickness and shell shape, were selected. Based on the orthogonal experimental design, the maximum Mises stress and strain of the buoy center plate were used as indicators, and finite element simulation analysis was performed using ABAQUS. The results show that the influence of shell factors on the stress and strain of the center plate is basically the same. The shape of the shell has a significant influence on the stress and strain of the center plate. The center plate is spherical in shape and the material is ABS. The ultimate Mises stress and the deformation occurring are minimized when the thickness is 4 mm.
