CALM型单点系泊系统通过悬链式锚链固定在某一海域作为永久性系泊终端,锚链的完整性对系泊油轮的安全至关重要,根据规范要求确定锚链直径是系泊系统设计的关键。本文分别采用中国船级社(CCS)、挪威船级社(DNVGL)、美国船级社(ABS)和美国石油协会(API)四种规范,对比了各规范对CALM型系泊系统的锚链强度要求差异,给出了不同锚链张力下各规范要求的最小锚链直径,分析了不同规范要求对锚链直径选型的影响。研究成果可为海洋工程锚链选型设计提供必要的技术支撑。 |

CALM mooring system is moored at a certain sea area by catenary chain as a permanent mooring terminal. The integrity of the anchor chain is critical to the safety of the moored tanker, and the determination of the minimum chain diameter meets the requirements of rules is important for mooring design. In this paper, the requirements of four rules of China Classification Society (CCS), DetNorske Veritas (DNVGL), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and American Petroleum Institute (API) for chain strength check are compared, the minimum required chain diameter according to each rule for different chain MPM tension are calculated and the influence of different rules on the selection of anchor chain diameter is determined. The result can be used for the chain selection of the engineering design. |
