针对半潜式起重拆解平台上的重型吊机基座的疲劳问题,开展吊机基座在工作载荷和波浪载荷下的组合疲劳损伤分析。首先,建立吊机基座与主船体连接结构的有限元模型,并对疲劳热点区域进行了局部细化。其次,根据API规范的推荐做法计算吊机基座在工作载荷下的疲劳损伤;考虑不同作业工况及作业海域影响,采用谱分析方法计算吊机基座在波浪载荷下的疲劳损伤。最后,对疲劳损伤进行了组合分析。结果表明,大部分热点部位的疲劳损伤都是以吊机工作载荷疲劳为主,局部热点由于船体结构布置的原因波浪疲劳占比更大。说明吊机工作载荷疲劳损伤和波浪疲劳损伤在设计时最好综合考虑,才能保证平吊机基座在平台运营期间内的疲劳寿命。 |

According to the fatigue problem of the heavy crane foundation on the semi-submersible lifting and disassembling unit, the combined fatigue damage analysis of the crane foundation under working load and random wave load was carried out. At first, the finite element model of the connecting structure between the crane foundation and the main hull structures is established, and then the hot spots of fatigue are local refined. Secondly, the fatigue damage of crane pedestal foundation under working load is calculated according to the recommended practices of API rule. Considering the influence of different working conditions and working sea area, the fatigue damage of crane foundation under wave load is calculated by spectral analysis method. Finally, the fatigue damage is analyzed by using the method of combinatorial analysis. The results indicates that the fatigue damage of most hot spots is mainly caused by the crane working load, and the wave-induced fatigue is more important in some local hot spots due to the arrangement of ship structure. It shows that the fatigue damage of crane working load and wave-induced fatigue damage should be considered comprehensively in the design to ensure the fatigue life of crane foundation during the operation of the unit. |
