It’s difficult to measure and examine wave measuring instruments through experiments in the laboratory due to the randomicity of waves and multiplicity of measuring principles, while comparing measurement is generally adopted in sea tests. The method of comparative test for wave measuring instruments under real-sea status is studied and discussed in this paper. Through the logical choice of testing environment and reference instruments, the testing process is unified to ensure that the data from the comparative test are believable and comparable. Then the accuracy, reliability and stability of the wave measuring instruments are analyzed through further processing and analysis on the data, so as to provide theoretical references for the establishment of the comparative testing criteria for wave instruments. |
